Ámbito de aplicación. La presente sección rige para los órganos que conforman el Presupuesto General de la Nación y las entidades estatales del orden nacional a las que se aplica la Ley 1508 de 2012, que requieran la asunción de obligaciones con cargo a apropiaciones de vigencias futuras del presupuesto de la Nación y presupuestos de otras entidades de orden nacional, para la ejecución de los proyectos bajo el esquema de Asociación Público Privada.
