Art. 1º. Corresponde al fuero militar, durante el estado de sitio, el juzgamiento de los delitos de falsificación y cercenamiento de monedas de que tratan los capítulos 1º, 2º y 3º del Título VII, del Libro 2º del Código Penal.

Parágrafo

Las causas criminales serán decididas por medio de Consejos Verbales de Guerra, en los términos y en la forma preceptuados en el Decreto número 212, de 18 de Febrero de 1901 (Diario Oficial número 11,423).
