º El período de los miembros del Consejo de que tratan los literales h), j), y k) del artículo anterior, y el de sus respectivos suplentes será de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su designación, pero quienes hubieren sido nombrados continuarán ejerciendo sus funciones hasta que se posesionen las personas que deban reemplazarlos.
