La Nación se hará representar en la fiesta que celebrará la ciudad de Manizales, por una Comisión de seis miembros del Congreso, que serán elegidos por el Presidente de la respectiva corporación , así: tres por el Senado y tres por la Cámara de Representantes. Esto sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno por su parte, también se haga representar en esa fiesta.
