Art. 2.° Respecto de los empleados que no tienen señalado sueldo fijo en el Presupuesto nacional se determinara la asignación de que deben gozar por Decretos ejecutivos especiales, de modo que el aumento que se les asigne sea proporcional al decretado en el artículo anterior para los funcionarios que no están en este caso, y solo hasta el 31 de Diciembre próximo.
