El Gobierno a través de Coldeportes organizará y financiará el desarrollo de eventos deportivos y de recreación a nivel nacional para la participación de personas en condición de discapacidad, así como para aquellas organizaciones, que les prestan servicios en eventos de esta naturaleza a nivel internacional.
