Cuando Un Radioaficionado Realice Transmisiones A Través De Una Estación Que No Sea De Propiedad, Deberá Indicar Su Distintivo Y Utilizar Las Palabras Operando Desde Seguidas Por El Indicativo Asignado Al Operador Titular De La Autorización De Funcionamiento De La Estación Desde La Cual Se Efectúa La Transmisión

Cuando un radioaficionado realice transmisiones a través de una estación que no sea de propiedad, deberá indicar su distintivo y utilizar las palabras operando desde seguidas por el indicativo asignado al operador titular de la autorización de funcionamiento de la estación desde la cual se efectúa la transmisión.

Parágrafo

De las infracciones que se cometan a través de una estación de radioaficionados operada en las condiciones operadas en el presente artículo, serán responsables, conjuntamente, el propietario de la estación y el titular de la de licencia de operador radioaficionado que la opere.
