En lo sucesivo, las solicitudes sobre titulación de baldíos deberán contener la apreciación de la distancia existente entre el respectivo predio y el poblado mas cercano y en las inspecciones oculares que se practiquen dentro del tramite de adjudicación, quienes en ellas intervengan deberán consignar igual apreciación.
