Las penas que se imponen a corporaciones por faltas en el cumplimiento de sus deberes, se entiende que pesan en su totalidad sobre cada uno de los miembros de dichas corporaciones, mas no sobre aquellos que probaren plenamente que hicieron todo lo posible a fin de que se cumpliera con el deber omitido, o no se incurrirá en la violación de que se trata.
