El artículo 62 del Decreto 741 de 1993 quedará así: “Reserva de Frecuencias para la Prestación del Servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular. “Para garantizar la utilización de frecuencias correspondientes al servicio de telefonía móvil celular, se reserva el siguiente subrango de frecuencias perteneciente a la banda de 800 MHz con destino a la operación de la telefonía móvil celular en Colombia así: “824 MHz a 849 MHz Transmisión. “869 MHz a 894 MHz Recepción. “Los subrangos específicos para cada red serán señalados en el pliego de condiciones”.
