Comités. La Junta puede constituir dos clases de Comités

Comités con participación de sus miembros y facultades decisorias, en los cuales podrá delegar en forma precisa el estudio y resolución de materias de su competencia, determinadas por su naturaleza o cuantía.

Comités y organismos asesores, sin facultades decisorias, que podrán estar integrados en todo o en parte con personas distintas de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, sean o no funcionarios del Fondo.
