Art. 4.° Esta Junta se compondrá de cinco individuos nombrados por el Ministerio del Tesoro, y tendrá por funciones principales la de recibir, como queda dicho, las planchas matrices que sirven para la impresión de billetes, quedando estas, bajo su inmediata responsabilidad, en cajas de hierro selladas, las cuales no podrán ser abiertas sino con asistencia y concurso de los cinco miembros de la Junta y su respectivo Secretario, quien será nombrado por la Junta misma.
