ARTICULO 4.1.7.0.5 .- DE LA JUNTA DE ADQUISlClONES Y LlClTAClONES. La Junta de Licitación y Adquisiciones de la Superintendencia Bancaria asesorará en materia de compras y contratación y estará integrada por el Secretario General de la Superintendencia Bancaria, quien la presidirá, un representante del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Director General Administrativo y Financiero de la Superintendencia Bancaria y los demás funcionarios que para el efecto designe el Superintendente Bancario y cumplirá las funciones previstas en las normas legales y reglamentarias vigentes.
