El término para dictar sentencia comenzará a contarse desde la ejecutoria del auto que citare para ella y será el de quince días.

Cuando el superior sea el Tribunal o la Corte Suprema, el término de quince días rige para que el Magistrado ponente presente a la Sala el proyecto de sentencia. La Sala tendrá quince días más para pronunciar su fallo.
