En el contrato o contratos que la Rama Ejecutiva celebre con el Banco de la Republica en virtud de esta Ley, se estipulara que los recursos a que ella se refiere no podrán destinarse a objeto distinto del que se contempla en el artículo 1°., mientras subsista el régimen contractual para la explotación de las salinas terrestres y marítimas.
