Todas las entidades a que se refieren los artículos anteriores deberán tomar las medidas de protección aplicables como resultado del análisis de vulnerabilidad. El Comité Nacional de Emergencia fijará plazos y condiciones mínimas de protección que deberá tenerse en las instalaciones de las entidades que presten servicios públicos.
