El Artículo 207 Del Decreto 1355 De 1970, Quedará Así: “artículo 207

Decreto 1336 de 1990 · por el cual se toman medidas encaminadas al restablecimiento del orden público.

El artículo 207 del Decreto 1355 de 1970, quedará así: “Artículo 207. Compete a los comandantes de estación y subestación aplicar la medida correctiva de retenimiento en el comando hasta por veinticuatro (24) horas

Al que irrespete, amenace o provoque a los funcionarios uniformados de la Policía en el desempeño de sus tareas.

Al que deambule en estado de embriaguez y no consienta en ser acompañado a su domicilio.

Al que por estado de grave excitación pueda cometer inminente infracción de la ley penal”.
