Notificación y derecho de consulta. La resolución a que se refiere el artículo anterior se notificará a los interesados conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 10 y 11 del Decreto, extraordinario 2733 de 1959. Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de la notificación personal o a aquella en que se tenga por surtida la que se haga en otra forma, podrá el propietario solicitar que se consulte la resolución con el respectivo Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
