Ningún equipo deportivo o atlético podrá salir fuera del territorio de Colombia o verificar jiras interdepartamentales sin el permiso correspondiente de la Asociación Colombiana que rija el deporte pertinente.

Parágrafo

Para las jiras internacionales se requerirá, el visto bueno del Comité Olímpico Colombiano.
