En firme el acto administrativo que ordene la entrega, el interesado, su apoderado o el funcionario consular del Gobierno Venezolano según el caso, tendrá dos meses para recibir el vehículo en el lugar y condiciones en que se encuentre de conformidad con el acta de aprehensión, salvo el deterioro natural, y disponer su salida del territorio nacional, en un plazo máximo de quince (15) días contados a partir de la fecha de su recibo.
