Destínase la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00), que serán entregados al Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico o a la Caja Agraria para que dichos organismos elaboren los estudios y adelanten las obras a las cuales se refiere el artículo anterior.
