Cuando un Tribunal Disciplinario Seccional considere que hay lugar para aplicar la sanción a que se refiere el literal d) del artículo 65 de la presente ley, dará traslado del informativo al Tribunal Disciplinario Nacional dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha del pronunciamiento de fondo.
