Art. 36.º Una vez que haya llegado el asunto á conocimiento del Comandante General, mandará levantar escrupulosamente la información del caso para que si es que el hecho reclamado resulta ser cierto y verdadero, lo participe, dando su concepto por el conducto regular al Ministerio de la Guerra para que por esa vía llegue á conocimiento del Jefe del Gobierno Nacional, quien determinará, en vista de las pruebas presentadas y el concepto de la Comandancia General, si otorga ó nó la concesión que se le pide.
