°. Implementación. Para garantizar la sostenibilidad financiera del Sistema y los derechos de los trabajadores, las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales deberán implementar de manera general y única, un mecanismo de compensación económico que impida la selección adversa por clase de riesgo, actividad económica, número de trabajadores o accidentalidad laboral. El incumplimiento a esta obligación, acarreará las sanciones previstas en el artículo 91 del Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994.
