De la certificación de la experiencia . Los documentos que se presenten para acreditar experiencia deberán ser otorgados por el patrono o por la autoridad competente de las respectivas entidades, en los casos en que el interesado haya tenido relaciones laborales de naturaleza reglamentaria o contractual, mediante declaraciones de terceros en los casos en que haya ejercido su profesión o actividad en forma independiente.
