° Si los muestrarios que traigan los agentes viajeros consistieren en objetos industrialmente utilizables, se les liquidarán derechos de importación según las clases de la tarifa á que pertenezcan. Si no vinieren acompañados de factura consular, pagarán el doble de lo que valgan los derechos consulares, de acuerdo con el Decreto número 1436 de 1905, y pagarán, además, el 10 por 100 que como multa por la falta de inventario establece el Decreto legislativo número 1145 de 1903.
