Artículo tercero. Están sometidas a la autorización, reglamentación y control de vertimientos de que trata este Decreto todas las operaciones de limpieza o lavado de objetos que puedan a juicio de la Corporación contaminar o degradar la calidad de las aguas sujetas a la vigilancia y cuidado de la Corporación.
