Decreto 1414 de 1975 · por el cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre régimen de prestaciones sociales para el personal de soldados y grumetes de las Fuerzas Militares.

ARTICULO 5o. El soldado grumete o dragoneante que apareciere en cualquier tiempo y no justificare su ausencia, tanto él como quienes hubieren recibido las bonificaciones o prestaciones por muerte si fuere el caso, tendrán la obligación solidaria de reintegrar al tesoro público, las sumas correspondientes, sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar.

Parágrafo

Las prestaciones sociales que se reconozcan por incapacidad física o por fallecimiento de dragoneantes en servicio activo, serán las mismas que corresponden para los soldados o grumetes que se incapaciten o fallezcan en las mismas condiciones.
