Art. 14. Los billetes del Banco nacional serán recibidos como dinero sonante en todas las contribuciones del Gobierno jeneral i pagados a la vista cuando con tal objeto se presenten al Banco.

La emision de dichos billetes se hará en series de cincuenta centavos a cien pesos.
