º . La Dirección del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público deberá pronunciarse respecto de autorizaciones de inversión que deban ser sometidas a su consideración, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de radicación de la solicitud en la Dirección. Si vencido dicho término la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional no se hubiere pronunciado, se entenderá que tal autorización ha sido otorgada en favor de los solicitantes.
