° Facultase al Gobierno para reorganizar el servicio médico y de sanidad dela Po licia Nacional, así como los servicios de alimentación, casinos y almacenes de las Divisiones. En uso de esta facultad el Gobierno podrá crear, suprimir, refundir empleos y funciones en el personal civil de las Divisiones.
