El territorio de la jurisdicción penal de los Juzgados a que se refiere esta ley será formado por los mismos Municipios que hoy lo componen para los efectos civiles. Por consiguiente, pasaran a tales Juzgados los negocios criminales en curso, en el estado que se encuentren al entrar en vigencia esta ley, y que deben ser de su conocimiento por razón de su jurisdicción.
