DE LAS PRUEBAS INMUNOLOGICAS EN ORGANOS. Previamente a la utilización de órganos, componentes anatómicos o líquidos orgánicos, deberá practicarse prueba para detectar anticuerpos contra el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH). La muestra para los efectos anteriores deberá ser tomada

En cualquier momento siempre y cuando exista respiración natural o asistida artificialmente;

Dentro de las dos (2) horas siguientes al momento de la muerte.
