Las decisiones de la Asamblea se adoptarán por simple mayoría de votos, salvo que la ley o los estatutos exijan mayorías superiores. Las decisiones sobre disolución y liquidación, fusión o in-corporación y sobre reformas de los estatutos requerirán el voto favorable de por lo menos el setenta por ciento (70%) de los asociados hábiles presentes en la Asamblea.
