Corresponde a la Junta Directiva de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones fijar, por resoluciones de carácter general, la cuantía de tales depósitos, pudiendo establecer diversos porcentajes de acuerdo con el género y cantidad de la importación. Las resoluciones que dicte sobre este particular requieren para su validez la aprobación previa del Gobierno Nacional.
