El artículo 57 del Código Procesal del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social quedará así:

Artículo 57 . Renuencia de terceros . Si la inspección judicial no se llevare a efecto por renuencia de un tercero, sin que aduzca causa justificada para ello, se le impondrá breve y sumariamente una multa de tres (3) salarios mínimos legales mensuales a favor del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
