Art. 2.° Son deberes del Administrador : a ) Recaudar desde el 1.° de Septiembre próximo las Rentas del Lazareto, de conformidad con las disposiciones que rigen la materia; b ) Rendir mensualmente sus cuentas al respectivo Administrador departamental de Hacienda nacional, quien deberá examinarlas, fenecerlas é incorporarlas en las suyas; c ) Remitir al Administrador departamental de Hacienda nacional, con la cuenta mensual, el saldo en dinero que arroje la misma cuenta; d ) Informar mensualmente al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la marcha de la administración, y proponer las medidas que en su concepto deban adoptarse para mejorar el Ramo de Lazaretos.
