El Presidente de una corporación electoral que se negare a ordenar el auxilio de los despachos o exhortos librados por autoridad competente, o a rendir los informes que ésta le pidiera, o que de cualquiera manera eludiere lo uno o lo otro, pagará una multa de cien a doscientos pesos.

Igual pena sufrirá el Secretario que no cumpla la resolución del Presidente.
