Modifícase el artículo 10.2.1 .1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 10.2.1.1.2 Patrimonio técnico. El cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia se efectuará con base en el patrimonio técnico, el cual comprenderá

El capital suscrito y pagado en acciones.

2.

El valor de los dividendos decretados en acciones.

3.

La prima en colocación de las acciones.

4.

La reserva legal constituida por apropiaciones de utilidades líquidas.

5.

Las utilidades retenidas y otras reservas.

6.

Las utilidades del ejercicio en curso.

7.

El valor total de otros resultados integrales (ORI)."
