Art. 53. Dentro de los dos dias siguientes resolverá el Poder Ejecutivo cual de las propuestas admisibles es preferible; i su resolucion declarándose la preferencia o admitiendo la propuesta será publicada en la Gaceta Oficial dentro de tercero dia. Si no hubiere habido ninguna propuesta, o las presentadas no fueren admisibles, el Poder Ejecutivo lo declarará asi, i hará que esta declaratoria sea publicada dentro del término fijado en este artículo.
