Traslado de reservas. La sociedad fiduciaria administradora del Fondo de Pensiones Públicas deberá acordar con las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión del sector público, así como con las entidades públicas que tienen a su cargo el pago de pensiones, el monto de los recursos que se trasladarán al Fondo y la forma en que se trasladarán dichas reservas.
