Artículo segundo. Las partidas destinadas en el presente. Decreto para viáticos y material de enseñanza para el Seminario de la Normal Agrícola de Buga, serán giradas al Pagador de dicho plantel; y los gastos de transporte para dicho Seminario, y la partida para gastos del Seminario efectuado en Falan, para Mejoradoras de Hogar, serán cancelados por el Pagador General del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
