En los juicios que se siguen ante el Consejo de Estado y los Tribunales Administrativos, para los cuales no se señale un trámite especial en esta Ley regirán las disposiciones del presente capítulo, las cuales constituyen el procedimiento ordinario de lo contencioso-administrativo.
