Art. 115. Recibido el tabaco en los almacenes de deposito se avisara en los periódicos si los hubiere, o por medio de cartulones fijados en los lugares mas públicos i concurridos, espresando la cantidad i calidad del tabaco que está de venta, los lotes que se rematarán según lo haya determinado la Dirección de la renta, i el precio mínimo a que podrán venderse conforme al articulo 5 de la lei.
