º. Plazo para la celebración de la reunión de elección. La elección del representante y suplente, de los Consejos Comunitarios ante los Consejos Directivos de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales, se realizará por los representantes legales de los Consejos Comunitarios y se llevará a cabo dentro de los primeros quince (15) días del mes de septiembre del año anterior a la iniciación del período respectivo.
