Art. 25. Una vez hecha por el Presidente de la Unión la declaración que expresa la última parte del artículo precedente, los asilados y emigrados políticos pierden el carácter de tales, y cesarán respecto de ellos los efectos de esta Ley, quedando por el mismo hecho cancelado todo procedimiento y levantadas las fianzas y las penas de confinamiento y vigilancia especial de las autoridades.
