º Las Empresas De Transporte Interesadas En La Prestación Del Servicio De Transporte Internacional De Mercancías Por Carretera, Deberán Aportar Al Intra Con La Solicitud Del Certificado De Idoneidad O Del Permiso De Prestación De Servicios Un (1) Juego De Los Documentos Carta De Porte Internacional Por Carretera Y Manifiesto De Carga Internacional Diseñados De Conformidad Con Los Formatos Establecidos Por El Comité Andino De Autoridades De Transporte Terrestre, E Impresos Con El Logotipo De La Empresa

º Las empresas de transporte interesadas en la prestación del servicio de transporte internacional de mercancías por carretera, deberán aportar al Intra con la solicitud del certificado de idoneidad o del permiso de prestación de servicios un (1) juego de los documentos Carta de Porte Internacional por Carretera y Manifiesto de Carga Internacional diseñados de conformidad con los formatos establecidos por el Comité Andino de Autoridades de Transporte Terrestre, e impresos con el logotipo de la empresa.

Parágrafo

La utilización de estos documentos será obligatoria para la prestación del servicio de transporte internacional de mercancías por carretera.
