Las cédulas se emitirán por su valor a la par. Pueden emitirse en moneda nacional, o en su equivalente en moneda extranjera. Se redactarán en castellano, pudiendo tener una o más traducciones en otros idiomas. Dichos papeles llevarán el sello de la República, la fecha de la emisión y las firmas, en facsímile, del Presidente de la Junta, del Gerente y del Secretario del Banco. Expresarán, además, la tasa de interés que devengan, el importe del cupón, su amortización acumulativa, las fechas en que se hace el servicio anotándose en forma notable lo relativo a la garantía del Estado, y al dorso los artículos pertinentes de esta Ley.
