Cuando las diligencias de inventarios y avalúos en los juicios de sucesión hayan de practicarse en puntos distintos del lugar en donde se sigue el juicio y no sean vecinos de aquélla los peritos nombrados, ó aun cuando lo sean, tengan que ir á largas distancias, el respectivo Síndico podrá anticipar los fondos indispensables para la traslación de los peritos, siempre que los interesados insistan en no pagar tales gastos y por ese medio se entorpeciere el curso del juicio con menoscabo de la renta.
