Para los efectos de la presente Ley, se entenderá también por ejercicio ilegal de la medicina, la práctica de la alopatía, de la cirugía y de la obstetricia por individuos que hayan recibido licencia o grado para ejercer solamente como homeópatas, farmaceutas, veterinarios, enfermeros, dentistas, etc.
